K16 supports time-based one-time password authentication through compatible authenticator apps. Your workspace or role may require MFA.
Treat the setup key and QR code like a password. Do not paste either value into support messages, screenshots, or documentation.
1

Open Security settings

Open your account menu, select Settings, then select Security.
2

Start setup

In Two-Factor Authentication, select Set up MFA or Add authenticator.
3

Add K16 to your authenticator

Scan the QR code or enter the setup key in your authenticator app.
4

Verify a current code

Enter the six-digit code shown by your authenticator and finish setup. Wait for the success confirmation before leaving the page.
If Security asks you to sign in again, your K16 session is still active but the authentication credential used to manage MFA has expired. Sign out, sign in with your email and password, and return to Security. To replace an existing authenticator, select Reconfigure. K16 requires you to verify your identity before showing a new setup key.
