Your profile identifies you in the dashboard header, account menu, and administrator user lists.

Open Profile settings

Open your account menu, select Settings, then select Profile.

Edit your details

Select Edit profile. Update your full name, email address, or profile picture.

Save and verify

Select Save changes and wait for the Saved confirmation. Confirm that the account menu shows the updated identity.
You can upload a PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF up to 512 KB, or provide an image URL. K16 shows your initials when no custom image is set.
Changing your email affects sign-in and notifications. Confirm that you can receive mail at the new address before saving it.
The External identifier is read-only and may be used to connect your K16 identity with the configured authentication provider.
