K16 Archive preserves course content and learning records outside your learning management system (LMS). You can review an archived course without changing its source LMS record.
Archive features depend on your workspace configuration and access. If you do not see Courses, People, or Imports, ask your K16 administrator to confirm your access.

What you can do

Review courses

Search archived courses, inspect course metadata, and open preserved content.

Review people

Find people, inspect enrollment history, and export enrollment data.

Monitor imports

Start import runs and follow each course through processing.

Export or restore

Export archived learning records or send a course to a configured LMS.

How Archive is organized

Use the Archive navigation group to move between:
  • Courses for archived course records
  • People for the institution-wide person and enrollment directory
  • Course Imports for import setup, progress, and course-level outcomes
  • Documents for archived document folders and files
  • SIS Accounts for archived SIS people and organizations
  • Grants for archived grant and finance records
Inside a course, the navigation groups related records:
  • Grading contains the gradebook, grade columns, and grade scale.
  • Learning Content contains the syllabus, modules, pages, files, and announcements.
  • Assessment contains assignments, discussions, quizzes, quiz banks, rubrics, and outcomes.
  • Course Setup contains settings and course sections.
  • Enrollments opens the course roster and group sets.
The sections you see reflect the records available for that course and your access.
