This guide takes you from the Archive navigation to a verified course record.

Before you begin

You need:
  • access to a K16 workspace with Archive enabled
  • access to Courses
  • a course title, course code, SIS course ID, or K16 course ID
Start with a known course and term. Matching those details before you review records helps prevent work in the wrong archive.

Review your first course

1

Open Courses

In the main navigation, find Archive and select Courses.
2

Search for the course

Enter a title, course code, SIS ID, or exact course ID in Search courses. Use Filters to narrow by source LMS, term, or date.
3

Open the course

Select the matching row. K16 opens the course Overview.
4

Confirm the snapshot

Check the title, course ID, integration, workflow, term, course code, and SIS course ID. Open Settings for the complete course and linked LMS details.
5

Review a preserved record

Open a section such as Modules, Assignments, Enrollments, or Gradebook. Search or sort the table when the section contains many records.
