Imports copy selected LMS course data into K16 Archive. Each request creates an import run with course-level outcomes.

Before you import

Confirm that:
  • the source LMS integration is active
  • the integration points to the intended LMS account or organizational scope
  • you have access to create imports
  • you know how to identify the target courses
  • your institution has approved the selected courses for archiving
The methods and options available in New import depend on the source provider and integration configuration.

Choose an import method

K16 shows only methods supported by the selected integration.

Understand the Imports page

The page contains:
  • Total Courses, Purchased Courses, and remaining course quota
  • course counts for Queued, Processing, Complete, Failed, Skipped, and Not found
  • a searchable list of import runs
  • a New import action when you can create runs
Select a run to see its course-level results.
