Setup problems
No source integrations are ready
No source integrations are ready
The workspace has no usable source LMS integration. Open the integration administration area if
you have access, or ask an administrator to check the source status and configuration.
An import method is missing
An import method is missing
Methods vary by provider. Select the intended source first. If the method still does not appear,
use one of the methods K16 offers for that integration.
Start Import remains disabled

Use Run Readiness to find the missing selection. Confirm the source, method details, and
review step.
Course selection problems
A term or semester is missing
A term or semester is missing
Select Refresh in the term list. Confirm that the period exists within the integration’s LMS
scope.
The CSV is rejected
The CSV is rejected
Upload a CSV file, then correct the validation message. Confirm that the file contains the
intended course identifiers and has not been saved as another format.
A course ID cannot be added
A course ID cannot be added
Confirm that you used the source LMS course ID, not the K16 archive ID. Verify the course is
inside the source integration’s scope.
Course search returns no results
Course search returns no results
Try the course name, code, or SIS ID. Clear provider-specific search modes and verify the course
exists in the selected source.
The end-date selection is broader than expected
The end-date selection is broader than expected
Stop before Start Import. Recheck the cutoff and source integration. Use course search or a
CSV when you need an explicit reviewed list.
Run and result problems
The run remains active
The run remains active
Open the run detail and identify whether rows are queued or processing. Check Last activity
before escalating. Do not create a duplicate run while the original still changes.
A course failed
A course failed
Record the run number, batch ID, source ID, integration, and exact status. Confirm that no
course page was created before you retry or change existing-course options.
A course was skipped
A course was skipped
Check whether the course already exists in Archive and review the options used for the run. Do
not replace an existing course without approval.
A course was not found
A course was not found
Verify the source ID directly in the LMS and confirm it belongs to the selected integration’s
scope.
The result says Course deleted
The result says Course deleted
The import record points to an archived course that is no longer available. Ask your K16
administrator to investigate before you reimport it.
The result says No course created
The result says No course created
Use the course status to distinguish active, skipped, not-found, and failed work. A course link
appears only when an archived course record is available.
Before you retry
1
Confirm the original state
Verify that the run is no longer changing and whether an archived course already exists.
2
Narrow the retry
Use By Course ID or a small CSV for only the confirmed exceptions.
3
Review existing-course options
Leave ignore or replace options off unless your administrator has approved their use.
4
Compare results
Record the new run number and compare each retried source ID with the original run.
