Change appearance

Open your account menu and use Theme to choose System, Light, or Dark. System follows your device preference. Confirm that the page changes to the selected appearance.

Change language

In your account menu, open Language, search for a language, and select it. Wait for the interface to update. If K16 reports that a translation is still being prepared, follow the displayed prompt; the menu continues to show the confirmed language until the change is applied.

Change notifications

Open Settings and select Notifications. Each row represents a notification category and each column represents a delivery channel.

Find a category

Review the category description before changing it.

Toggle a channel

Turn the available in-app or email channel on or off. K16 saves each change immediately.

Confirm the saved state

Check the saved timestamp shown above the preference grid.
Required account and security notifications remain enabled. You cannot disable them from the preference grid.
Open your account menu and select Cookie preferences. You can also open the cookie preferences page and select Open cookie preferences.
  1. Review the optional categories available in your workspace.
  2. Change individual switches, or use Reject all or Allow all for optional categories.
  3. Select Save preferences. After the dialog closes, reopen it to confirm your choices.
Required cookies remain Always on because they support sign-in, security, and core functionality.
