Open Courses from the Archive navigation group to browse the course directory.

Search the directory

The main search accepts:
  • course title
  • course code
  • SIS course ID
  • exact K16 course ID
Press / to focus the search field. Select Filters for more precise criteria.
Filter by Source or Term. These filters match text within the stored value.
Select Clear all to remove the active search and filters.

Compare results

The directory can show:
  • ID
  • title
  • course code
  • SIS course ID
  • term
  • source LMS
  • original course code
  • course start and end dates
  • created and updated dates
Use the column control to show fields that help you distinguish similar courses. Sortable column headers change the result order.
When courses share a title, compare the term, course code, SIS course ID, and source LMS before opening one.

Open a course

Select a course row to open its Overview. Confirm the title and identifiers before you continue. If you copied an exact K16 course ID from an import run, search for that ID. You can also select an available Course page link in the import run details.

If a course is missing

Select Clear all, then search with one identifier. Confirm that date and term filters do not exclude the course.
Open Imports and select the run. A course page becomes available only when K16 has created the archived course record. See Monitor imports.
Your access may differ by workspace role or course scope. Ask your K16 administrator to compare access.
The run still records the import outcome, but its archived course page is no longer available. Contact your K16 administrator before starting another import.
Next, learn how to understand the course workspace.
