Configure other integration providers - K16 Documentation

Before you begin, you need integration-management access and the approved provider configuration. Open Settings > Integrations > New integration and follow Create and validate. The selected provider determines the form. Enter protected values only in the appropriate K16 fields; never include them in documentation or screenshots.

LMS providers

Provider	Settings to prepare
Blackboard	Integration URL, Username, and Password. Ultra starts enabled; clear it for Classic Learn. Supply optional Application Key, Application Secret, and Node ID only when needed.
Moodle	Integration URL and Access Token. Use Manual Login URL only when your administrator supplies an approved fallback URL.
Schoology	Integration URL, School ID, OAuth Consumer Key, and OAuth Consumer Secret.
Jenzabar, Sakai, Ilias	Integration URL, Username, and Password.

For LMS integrations, confirm Source or Destination before creation. Canvas and Brightspace have separate guides.

CRM and SIS providers

Category and provider	Settings to prepare
CRM: Recruit, Advise, Slate, Admission Pros	Integration URL, Username, and Password.
CRM: Raiser’s Edge	Raiser’s Edge Client ID, Raiser’s Edge App Key, and Client Secret, followed by Blackbaud authorization.
SIS: Banner, Colleague	Integration URL, Username, and Password.
SIS: Workday	Integration URL, Client ID, Client Secret, Client Tenant, Refresh Token, SOAP Username, and SOAP Password.
SIS: Focus	Integration URL, Client ID, and Client Secret.

Authorize Raiser’s Edge

Create the integration with its approved Blackbaud application settings.
Complete the offered Blackbaud authorization flow with the account authorized for the intended environment.
Return to the integration’s Overview and check Blackbaud authorization.
If authorization is missing, select Authorize with Blackbaud and complete the flow.
Verify Authorized and the displayed environment and legal entity before relying on the connection.

Verify the connection

Moodle and Canvas support live credential checks in the creation wizard. Other providers can report Live validation unavailable; this is not proof that the connection works. After creation, open Overview and Checks, verify the intended provider and scope, and monitor the first approved operation.
