If the page says that you have read-only access, you can review membership. Invitation,
member-management, and deletion permissions are separate; use only the actions available to you.
Find a member
- Enter a name or email address in Search members….
- Use Role… to show members with a specific role.
- Select Clear all to remove both filters.
Invite users

Open the invitation form
Select Invite.

Add email addresses
Enter one or more addresses under Email addresses. Add each address as a separate chip.

Choose a default role
Select Default role. The role applies to every row initially.

Review the invitations
Select Continue. Review each generated username, email alias, and role. You can change a
row’s role or remove the row before sending.

Send the invitations
Resolve every highlighted validation issue, then select Create accounts.
Change a member’s role
- Find the member.
- Open the member row or select Edit from its action menu.
- In Edit user, select the new Role.
- Select Save changes and confirm that the new role appears in the table.
Cancel a pending invitation
Pending invitations appear in the Invitations tab. Select the invitation’s cancel action, review the email address, then select Cancel invitation.Remove a member
- Find the member.
- Select Remove.
- Review the confirmation message.
- Select Remove again.

Edit a member and recover access
You need member-management permission. Open a member to see Edit user.- Update First name, Last name, or Email when the field is editable, then select Save changes. An externally managed email can be read-only.
- Select Send password reset email, verify the recipient in the confirmation, and confirm. Wait for Password reset email sent; the member completes the reset from their own message.
- Select Reset MFA only after verifying the member’s identity through your institution’s recovery process. Confirm the reset and wait for MFA reset. The member must follow the next sign-in prompt to configure account protection again.
- Select Deactivate account to prevent sign-in without removing the account. Review and confirm the action, then verify Status. Use Reactivate account to restore sign-in access when appropriate.
