Before you begin, confirm the workspace and that your role has Manage permission under Security policies. This page changes the workspace password policy; use account security to change your own password.
  1. Open your account menu and select Settings.
  2. Under Organization, select Security policies.
  3. Review Password policy and set Minimum length between 6 and 99 characters.
  4. Choose the required Uppercase letters, Lowercase letters, Numbers, and Symbols rules according to your institution’s policy.
  5. Select Save policy and wait for Password policy saved.
  6. Reopen the page and confirm the saved length and rules.
The toolbar also reports MFA, Passkeys, and the last synchronization time. These are status indicators; the form edits password requirements.
Password requirements affect account creation and password changes. Coordinate policy changes with your identity team so users receive the correct requirements.
