Before you begin
You need:- a K16 workspace with AI Detection enabled
- reporting access
- an institution-approved purpose for reviewing student work
- familiarity with your academic-integrity and privacy policies
Complete your first review
1
Open the dashboard
In the main navigation, open Analytics, then select AI Detection Dashboard. K16 loads
the reporting workbook in the page.
2
Narrow the report
Apply one or two filters, such as term, submission date, student, course, or classification,
when those controls are available.
3
Open a course or student summary
Select a row that supports your review goal. Avoid drawing conclusions from a leaderboard or
aggregate percentage.
4
Open a submission
Review the submission title, type, student, date, classification, overall score, and
sentence-level result.
5
Document human review
Record the context you checked and the next step required by your institution. Do not record the
AI result as a final determination by itself.
