AI Detection reports are embedded workbooks. Their tabs, filters, and summary metrics can vary by
workspace and report version. Follow the labels and metric descriptions in your report; the
examples below may not all appear.
Read the dashboard
Depending on your workbook configuration, the dashboard can include:- total processed submissions
- an aggregate AI-generated content percentage
- results by submission type
- students with higher reported AI percentages
- courses with higher reported AI percentages
- Student Summary
- Course Summary
Apply filters
The workbook can provide filters for:- term
- submission date
- student
- course code
- AI classification
1
Clear inherited filters
Reset filters you do not need so an earlier view does not shape the result.
2
Set the review scope
Choose a term or date range, then narrow to a course or student when appropriate.
3
Check the population
Confirm that the visible totals and summary rows match the scope you intended.
4
Open the underlying records
Use Student Summary or Course Summary to move from an aggregate value to individual
submissions.
Save a recurring view
If your workbook displays bookmark controls, save a named bookmark after you confirm the filters. Set a default only when that view is appropriate for your routine work. Review or delete saved bookmarks when their course, term, or purpose is no longer current.Missing dashboard data
