Statuses

Archive import filters

Filter	Meaning
All	Shows every import in the current view
Active	The import still has work in progress
Failed	The import did not complete successfully
Complete	The import finished successfully
Mixed	The import includes both successful and unsuccessful work
Empty	The import contains no processable records

These filters summarize a batch of import records. Open an import to inspect individual record statuses and errors. All is a filter, not a job state.

Integrations

Status	Meaning
Active	The integration is connected and available
Offline	K16 cannot currently communicate with the connected system
Paused	Activity is intentionally suspended
Error	The integration needs attention before normal work can continue
Unknown	K16 cannot determine a current state

Some integration sources also use Active and Paused as operational states.

Draft	Configuration is still being prepared
Ready to Apply	Changes are validated and can be applied
In Progress	K16 is applying the deployment
Update Available	The applied deployment has unapplied changes
Applied	The deployment is current
Canceled	The deployment operation was canceled

Queued	The snapshot is waiting to start
Running	K16 is creating the snapshot
Ready	The service reports the snapshot as ready
Complete	The snapshot finished successfully
Error	The run reported an error; inspect its details
Failed	The snapshot did not complete

Snapshot schedules

Status	Meaning
Active	The schedule can create future runs
Paused	Future runs are temporarily suspended
Complete	The schedule has finished its configured run plan
Error	The schedule needs attention

Schedules can create either Snapshot or Export runs.

Open the resource details before retrying a failed operation. Record the status, timestamp, affected resource, and visible error message if you need to contact Support.
