# File formats and limits

> Prepare supported profile images, imports, worksheet exports, and snapshots.

Use this reference to prepare files for current K16 workflows. The product interface is authoritative when it displays a more specific requirement for your workspace or connected system.

## Profile images

Profile images support:

* PNG
* JPG or JPEG
* WebP
* GIF

The maximum profile-image size is **512 KB**.

## Archive imports

Archive import workflows use CSV files to identify and organize records. Download the current template from the import workflow when one is available. Preserve its headers and identifier formats.

Before uploading a CSV:

* Keep one record per row.
* Do not rename required columns.
* Preserve leading zeros in identifiers.
* Save the file with UTF-8 encoding.
* Remove formulas and use their resulting values.

## Lakehouse imports

The Lakehouse creation form accepts one CSV. You can add more files on the unpublished import's **Files** step. Review the inferred types, load sample rows, and review data access before publishing.

Follow the column-name validation shown during review. Correct invalid or duplicate names before you publish.

## Worksheet results

The worksheet interface can limit the number of rows displayed for responsive exploration. Use **Export** for the complete result of the last executed SQL. The table's **Download CSV** action exports loaded rows and visible columns only. See [worksheet exports](/datax/analytics/export-and-troubleshoot).

## Snapshots and exports

Snapshot exports support CSV, JSON, and Parquet output. Available compression options depend on the selected format and destination.

<Warning>
  Do not assume a limit from an older help article. Provider limits and workspace configuration can
  change. Follow the requirement shown in the current K16 workflow.
</Warning>

If a file is rejected, capture the file type, file size, row count, workflow, and exact validation message before [contacting Support](/support).
