# Pause or Abort Imports

When importing courses you have the ability to Pause or Resume import runs or abort them completely.

## Pausing and Resuming Import

* **Pause a Single Import**: Select the Pause icon next to the import run you want to pause
* **Pause Imports by Integration**: Select the Pause icon next to the integration name
* **Pause All Imports** (for all integrations): Select the Pause icon that appears at the top of the integration list.

To resume the imports, simply click the Play button.

>
> When you pause an import, any courses currently being processed will finish while the courses in the queue will be paused.

## Aborting an Import

To cancel an import run completely,

1. Pause the import run you wish to cancel (see steps above)
2. Click the X icon that appears on the Import run.

>
> Once canceled an import run **cannot be resumed**. Any courses that weren't processing will not be imported.
