# Choose your product area

> Identify the K16 product area and documentation path that matches your work.

Your workspace can expose one or more product areas. K16 shows only the areas enabled for your institution and allowed by your role.

## If an area is missing

1. Confirm that you opened the correct [workspace](/getting-started/switch-workspaces).
2. Ask a workspace administrator whether the feature is enabled for your institution.
3. Ask the administrator to verify your role and permissions.
4. If access appears correct, collect the page URL and the name of the missing menu item before [contacting Support](/support).
