## Use import options carefully

The wizard may offer:

* **Use Course Code**
* **Ignore Existing Course**
* **Replace Existing Course**
* **Only Pull Completed Courses**

<Warning>
  Do not enable an option because it is available. Confirm its intended effect with your K16
  administrator, especially before you ignore or replace an existing archived course.
</Warning>

Selecting **Replace Existing Course** also enables **Ignore Existing Course** and locks that checkbox while replacement remains selected. Review the combined settings before starting the run.

## Final review checklist

* The source integration is the intended institution and LMS.
* The selected method matches the desired course scope.
* Every listed course, term, semester, or date belongs in this run.
* The CSV identifier count matches your prepared list.
* Any enabled option is deliberate and approved.

After launch, follow [Monitor imports](/archive/imports/monitor).
